History

Husband and wife team Adrian & Pam Livingston Jr. opened Livingston Homes in 1998. Since then Livingston Homes has become a major competitor in the manufactured home industry.

Livingston Homes, Inc. of Hot Springs, Arkansas is a recipient of the "Sales Center of the Year" Award presented by Arkansas Manufactured Housing Association.

Livingston Homes is also active within the industry – attending educational opportunities for sales, service and professional development training provided by manufacturers, the state of Arkansas, and AMHA.

The management of this family-owned business is widely recognized for their continuing commitment to customer satisfaction – earning repeated recognition for ‘Excellence in Customer Service’ from manufacturers and lending institutions.

Pine Junction.  (At the corners of this red light you will see a Shell, McDonalds, Exxon, & a vacant lot.)  We have a completly fenced in lot with campers out front and a cedar office with a green roof on the right.
