Husband and wife team Adrian & Pam Livingston Jr. opened Livingston Homes in 1998. Since then Livingston Homes has become a major competitor in the manufactured home industry.

On Hwy 270 West "headed toward Mt. Ida from Hot Springs" approx. 1/2 mile past the red light at the Mt. Pine Junction. (At the corners of this red light you will see a Shell, McDonalds, Exxon, & a vacant lot.) We have a completly fenced in lot with campers out front and a cedar office with a green roof on the right.
